Served as a starter or light meal, it's a warming bowl of soup loaded with sweet tomatoes, herbs, spices, and star-shaped pasta shapes. Add chicken, beef, or another protein for a filling meal. For an easy recipe, simply bring 4 cups of water to a boil, then stir in tomato soup mix and return to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
