- A slow cooker seasoning, too! Cook for 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high; plus 30 min. on high for the sauce
- INSTANT POT DIRECTIONS:1. HEAT butter on SAUTE. Sprinkle chicken with 2 tsp. of the Seasoning Mix. Add to pot. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from pot. Add 1 cup water; stir to remove browned bits. Whisk in remaining Seasoning Mix. Add potatoes. Place chicken over top. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.2. SET TO COOK 7 minutes on HIGH PRESSURE, or until chicken is cooked through. Allow pressure to release naturally 5 minutes. Open Valve to release remaining pressure. Open lid once pressure inside pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer's manual for safe operating instructions.)3. REMOVE chicken and potatoes. Select SAUTE setting. Whisk remaining 3 tbsp. water and corn starch in small bowl. Stir into pot until well blended. Simmer 1 minute, stirring frequently. Serve with chicken and potatoes.
